Description- Located at India’s first high-tech smart city, SBI’s residential towers had to keep up with the standards set by buildings in other high-tech cities all over the world. It was important to formulate an integrated and efficient plan. Twisting the towers at the cores helped to achieve maximum wind flow thus allowing each unit to receive ample natural ventilation, while minimizing heat gain on the building surface. Double Height terraces at various intervals were created to break the monotony in massing and bring in vibrant green spaces.
