SBI Design Competition won

Recently we had the pleasure of partaking and winning a National level Competition for State Bank of India’s Residential Towers. Located in Gujarat’s International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), India’s First IFSC (International Financial Centre) an upcoming urban central business district, it is to house some of the most prolific towers in India and by doing so, set new standards for architecture & engineering in this country. With our site being placed in a prime location within GIFT City, we had to ensure our design not only had its own iconic identity, but also pushed for highest possible environment standards while being economically feasible. Our bid was not only to provide comprehensive Architectural, Environmental and Engineering Consultancy, but also to deliver complete Project Management Consultation.

The total development of approx 4 lakh sqft, yields nearly 8 FSI, through 100 meter landmark twin towers, while pushing for Platinum Level IGBC Green Home Ratings. All 200 apartments would enjoy magnificent views of city park and CBD skyline. Our target is to complete this prestigious project in thirty months and establish a firm footprint in Gujarat.
