Head of Operations at VK Group, Apoorva has escalated the efficiency and productivity of the VK group of companies in the past 11 years through her expertise in process driven management; Public Relations, Marketing, and Operations. She drives the HR, IT, Admin, Finance, Quality Control Policies, Business Communication, as well as  liaising within the stakeholders of the Group.

Equipped with excellent communication and soft skills, Apoorva thrives to maintain high ‘work-culture’ ensuring high ethics and compliance of company values within all the collaborators within the group. Aspiring for continuous up-gradation and learning within the 25+ members’ Operations team, she facilitates employee engagements through various activities, successfully maintaining low attrition and high happiness index across the Group of Companies and all staff members.

She has single-handedly drafted the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and is instrumental in streamlining and maintaining the Group’s ISO 9001-2015 certifications. Her vigilant and seamless operational processes offer a sturdy platform and provides complete freedom for the Creative Heads of the Group to flourish by concentrating on the core technical competencies.

She also engages in Lectures at University of Pune’s Marketing Dept and at HNIMR MBA School, Pune.
