Project Description – The main objective of the design was to accommodate compact and affordable units, while providing breathable spaces within the site. The 4 buildings have been designed around a podium garden which connects the buildings with various green and leisure activity spaces.
The slope of the site has been effectively utilized to accommodate 3 levels of parking.
