Description- The design brief requirement was to create an identity for the project. The layout was proposed in a crescent form with 4 buildings placed radially around a central open space. The building houses 4 units/floor up to the 8th floor and 3 units/ floor on the higher floors. This gives the building an interesting form, which is further highlighted by keeping the external facade white. This also creates space on the 8th level to accommodate various amenities like game lounge, cafe seating, etc. The main features of the project like a sky bridge, a semi-open ‘aangan’ at the flat entrance, water trails connecting the podium garden with the ground landscape have contributed to the project winning the Artists in Concrete Award in 2011 and the prestigious AESA Award in 2012.
