Project Description – Located in the outskirts of PCMC, the project aims at creating a complete residential community with the required amenities available at walking distance.
The design brief requirement was to develop a masterplan with a mix of residential components with a ‘Mediterranean Village’ Theme.
Incorporating the various features like projecting juliet balconies, cornices, arches, sloping roofs, etc., the project is proposed in 4 phases.
The site slope has been efficiently utilized to accomodate 2 levels of parking.
