Description : The Site is a linear strip of land, near the prominent NIBM junction. The length and proportion of the site is genesis of a type of architectural design and planning exercise, that celebrates clean linearity. The project is named ‘Latitude’ to emphasise the same. Buildings are kept periodically in a straight line, with commercial units towards the main road, and school building at the back. The 11-12 storey residential towers seemingly originate in a straight line, from the central main building showing linearity in the skyline.
